Darty room..full of cockroaches....no room service...no wifi...very bad for health...need to complain... consumer forum Punjab Govt.. don't book this property... from outside it's look good but inside its hell...

ROYAL VITANA the worst place and a big mistake to stay here, the interior is very good like a five star as per the hotel owner spend a lot to look it nice but the staff is trying to down the hotel we believe. We ordered tea in evening but till the dinner time there was no response back, washrooms are durty, pot was broken, towels are durty even the bed was in worst condition, water wasn’t clean, staff is not ready to listen us after taking the order, no hot water, no tea/coffee amenities and what not. I request the owner to change the staff or change the habbit of not doing the proper hospitality. Thank you

Worst place to stay. we checkedin by 23:15hrs and room was dirty. Booking through online. but room was very bad. Tiles are broken and no hot water, No wifi and No Coffee tea amenities including kettle. No cupboard or Wadrobe. Bathub is with full of stains. Also its 6 degrees without hot water.....Its not possible to stay with bed bugs...Worst property and not worthy to stay at all. we found bed bugs in the room and vacated the hotel immediately by midnight by 23:40hrs. complained to the hotel offered an alternate room but again its smelly. All rooms are smelly and its a lodge not to go please. Filthy place. Oldest TV and Nothing in the room except the stained beds.. Since i have affected iam putting this review for upcoming people not to go...Finally they gave us 50% of refund after arguing after 12hrs in online and then we left by 23:55hrs to find an another hotel to stay. Please do not book here or go here.DO NOT GO...

the hotel is nice. bedroom is nice. swimming pool is available. hospitality is fine. the location is far from city heart but although very rich area and quite place to stay over there. will try again 🙏🏻

There were cockroaches in the washroom. The lift wasn't working and reaching the room was very inconvenient. We had to shift our room but the cockroaches were still there. AC could have been more effective. Staff is slightly slow to respond.
